With fall slowly coming into Kansas City, I decided to check out the local Walmart for any new styles they have out on the racks. Over the summer, our local Walmart made some large changes in their women's clothing area. The displays now remind me of a target or kohls display and the quality of clothes are getting better each day. See the items I purchased below, I will continue to stop in at Walmart and check out their new clothes and accessories. Have you noticed a change in your local Walmart and do you buy clothes in the store or online?

Sunflowers for a Sunday

 On a cool Sunday afternoon my husband and I went for a drive to see a large patch of sunflowers. The sunflowers where near his job and he had been telling me about them for week. We pulled up and I was surprised there was no one around and also, I was so excited for the two of use to explore the field of bright yellow sunflowers that hit about waist high. I brought my camera with me, the Sony mirrorless camera I bought in 2020, I love this camera even though I still have several things to learn about it still. As I was taking photos, I felt like I was a kid, walking around the path and finding the perfect shot to eventually print out for my living room.  I don't know about you, but the act of exploring and being playful with photography, fashion, crafts and home decor fills my soul.... it was the Sunday reset I needed after a long week.
